Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.
1. Defective or Faulty Products
We stand behind the quality of our audio products. If your item arrives defective or experiences a malfunction that is not due to user error, we will accept the return and cover the return shipping costs.
- Testing Process: Please note that all claimed defective returns are subject to a technical inspection and testing process upon arrival at our facility. If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing issue, your refund or replacement will be processed immediately.
2. Change of Mind (Non-Defective Returns)
If you changed your mind and wish to return a functional product, we accept returns within the 14-day window strictly under the following condition:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original, factory-sealed packaging. For hygiene and resaleability reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened electronic and audio products unless they are defective.
- Return Shipping Costs: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. These costs vary depending on your country of residence and the shipping carrier you choose.
How to Initiate a Return
You must receive authorization before returning any products. Please email our support team at hi.smartwallet@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization and specific instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected/tested, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment via our payment processor (Stripe). Please note that the time it takes for the credit to appear on your account depends on your bank's or credit card company's processing times and legal timeframes.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
